TDS Submissions Disclaimer 2024-2025:

TRIUMPH DONNELLY STUDIOS does not accept unsolicited materials, log lines, treatments, scripts, formats, recordings, budgets and more without a RELEASE from the author or agent for their submissions. Any unsolicited materials received are immediately deleted.  The following is required and mandatory for any form of submission in "2025" not "2024".

1. Any submission as in a treatment, script, teleplay etc must be attached release "only" any submission release addressed to Triumph Donnelly Studios Corporation or any agent of said company without the authors or agents attached release is discarded and not read.

2. Any submissions as allotted by clause one, must have the following all ready in place.

a) Reputable project with finance in place, lead talent in place, budget and distribution plans, any project submitted without this requirement is discarded and not read.
